RPSM Construction (Pty) Ltd is a South African construction company with its head office in Naledi, Soweto. Since 2014 we've delivered reliable, full-scope construction services from civil works to plumbing, tiling and structural builds. With over 11 years of industry experience and a hands-on team, we focus on getting the job done right, on time, and without unnecessary stress.
We work across Soweto, Johannesburg and the Vaal Triangle, building long-term trust through consistent results, clear communication and strong project oversight. Whether it's a full development or a repair job, we treat every project like it matters, because it does.

Every job runs the same way, whether it's a driveway or a plant slab. Six stages, one point of contact, and a written scope you can hold us to.
You call, email or send the form. We come out to the site, walk it with you and take our own measurements — no quoting blind off a photo.
A written quote with the scope, materials, programme and price broken out line by line, so you can see exactly what you are paying for before anything starts.
Dates agreed, materials ordered, plant and crew allocated. You get one point of contact for the whole job and a start date we hold to.
Site establishment, excavation, layer works, reinforcing and concrete — the part everything else stands on. Checked before anything is cast.
Steel, roofing, plumbing, tiling, paving, painting and fencing, run in sequence by our own teams rather than handed to strangers.
We walk the site with you, close out the snag list, clear the site and hand over — and we stay reachable long after the last invoice.

Fifteen trades under one contractor: civil construction, building works, structural engineering, roof and side sheeting, paving and kerbing, steel work, painting, plumbing, piping, fencing, Clear View fencing, tiling, road works and asphalt surfacing, solar PV installation and borehole drilling.
Because it is handled in-house, you deal with one point of contact for the whole job instead of coordinating separate trades yourself.
Both. We have laid single driveways and drilled boreholes on residential stands, and we have built reinforced concrete hardstands inside live industrial plants and rehabilitated township roads.

Yes. Solar covers rooftop and ground-mounted PV — panels, inverters, batteries and grid tie-in. Boreholes cover drilling, casing, pump installation, yield testing and reticulation.
For solar, tell us the property type, your monthly usage and whether you need backup power. For a borehole, tell us the intended use and the property size.
RPSM Construction (Pty) Ltd has been trading since 2014 — over eleven years on site. It is Black women-owned and a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor, which matters to clients who have procurement scorecards to meet.
Both. Our work runs from private residential jobs through to industrial sites and public infrastructure — including road rehabilitation and the Amelia community project in Zamdela, where we paved the road.
That depends entirely on scope, and anyone who gives you a number before seeing the site is guessing.
What we do commit to is a programme in writing with your quote, a start date we hold to, and one point of contact throughout. The work runs in six stages, from the first enquiry and site visit through to the snag list and handover — you can read all six under Process.
